Ordering Process
Before Placing Your Order:
  1. Select Product
    • Choose the product and color you would like to customize with your artwork.
  2. Customize Your Product
    • Imprint Details: Select the imprint location and imprint colors.
    • Design Upload: Upload your artwork or describe your design.
    • Rush Service: Choose rush service if it’s available and you need expedited processing.
  3. Add to Cart
    • Add your customized products to the shopping cart.
    • You may add multiple custom products to the cart to take advantage of promotions and coupons.
  4. Checkout
    • Shipping & Payment: Confirm or enter your shipping and payment information. Your card will not be charged until you approve your final virtual proof.
    • Delivery Date: Indicate your desired "in-hand" date, if applicable.
    • Discounts & Exemptions: Apply any coupons or tax-exempt status.
  5. Place Order
    • Finalize and submit your order.
After Placing Your Order:
  1. Order Confirmation
    • Receive an email confirmation with your order number.
  2. Virtual Proof
    • Receive a free virtual proof of your customized product, which you can adjust until you're satisfied.
  3. Approve Proof & Payment Processing
    • Approve the virtual proof, and your payment will be processed.
  4. Production and Shipping
    • Your order enters production and is then shipped. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  5. Review
    • We encourage you to share your experience with Amber Promos including sharing your product pictures and leaving a review to help others.

Yes, we offer price matching with our Low Price Guarantee. We will match any US online order for the same product, production time, and shipping time. Price match quotes are valid for 5 days and cannot be combined with coupons or other offers.

Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Unverified websites or distributors
  • Special pricing for select groups, loyalty offers, or membership/government programs
  • Competitor offers on services, liquidation, or time-sensitive sales

You can cancel your order if the order hasn't been APPROVED (meaning virtual proof has been confirmed and credit card has been charged).

Once the order is APPROVED, Cancellations will be charged a $30 service fee which may include, but are not limited to, art charges, paper or product proofs, setup charges, restocking fees (15% of item price), or shipping charges. These fees will be billed at AmberPromos.com's discretion.

If the order ships, it would be treated like a return or exchange.

These are charges to create a screen, die or other necessary production preparation to imprint your unique logo.

No, if you place an exact reorder (same logo design and item) within 2 years.

Yes! You will always receive a virtual proof, as you must approve the artwork, placement, and overall design before we proceed with production.

We do our best to ensure secure packaging for shipping. If any items are damaged upon arrival, please inform your Customer Service Representative. We will either replace the damaged pieces or provide a refund.

Yes, you may send an email to [email protected]. You can attach your artwork to the email if applicable.

Rush Service offers expedited order processing and production for eligible products.

  1. Identify Eligible Products: Look for the rush-service option on the product or search filters.
  2. Select Rush Production: Indicate your preference for rush production when placing order or you may call your Customer Service Representative to update your preference after placing an order.
Notes:
  • Not all products qualify for Rush Service.
  • For additional options or assistance, you can always talk to your Customer Service Representative to check if we can upgrade production or shipping services to help you get your orders on time.
Coupon & Special Offer Policy

AmberPromos.com offers coupons, gift and limited time promotions as an additional bonus for our loyal customers. AmberPromos.com offers are valid for a limited time and are subject to rules and restrictions.

If the original order placed by the customer qualified for our Price Match Guarantee, the order does not qualify for other coupon or gift discounts.

You can upload artwork during checkout or email to [email protected]. Please include your phone number or order number if you have already placed your order.

A Virtual Proof is a mockup of your logo on the product with the correct size, colors and placement you will get on the finished product. Your Customer Service Representativewill send you a free virtual proof (PDF) to confirm your satisfaction before production starts. If changes are needed, we'll work with you to perfect your promos!

Yes, there is an additional charge for this service if an exact match is required. For certain products, this may not be possible due to imprinting process limitations.

Yes, we store your artwork to make future orders easier. Each file is kept for up to two years.

Shipping & Delivery

We do not ship outside of the USA.

We ship from various warehouses throughout the United States.

You'll receive an email once your tracking number is created and order has been picked up by the shipping company.

The estimated delivery date will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. However, delays in approving the virtual proof or completing payment can affect the processing time and the delivery date.

Yes, you can. Simply inform your Customer Service Representative(assigned to you shortly after placing your order). Please note that additional freight fees will apply.

Overrun & Underruns

In our industry, it's common to charge for any 'overruns'—but we don't! You'll only pay for the exact quantity you ordered. Payment

We accept checks, bank transfers, and all major U.S. credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that checks require additional processing time.

Yes, we accept purchase orders over $500 from Fortune 500 companies, the U.S. Government, and public educational institutions. If your organization doesn’t meet these criteria, please reach out to our orders department to check if your order qualifies.

To process your purchase order, please provide the following:

  • Organization name
  • PO reference number
  • Billing and shipping addresses, including contact names and phone numbers
  • Any specific terms and conditions attached to the PO

We will not charge your card until you have approved your free virtual proof. For blank orders, we will charge your card after confirming all details and before sending the order to production.

No, we can only process a refund to the same payment method and card number used to make the original purchase. This is a policy of the credit card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and applies to all credit and debit card transactions.

Product Samples

We offer free samples for many of our products, which allows you to evaluate the quality and suitability before making a purchase. This can help you ensure that the product meets your needs and build confidence in your choice. The availability of samples depends on various factors, so please check each product page for details. If you need your sample urgently, additional costs for air shipping will apply.

A pre-production sample is different from a random sample. Unlike random samples, which may have generic logos for demonstration, a pre-production sample is a physical product printed with your specific logo and design. It gives you a tangible preview of how your final product will look. Additionally, the setup cost for the pre-production sample can be waived if you place a subsequent order.

There are fees associated with pre-production product samples. The cost of a pre-production sample includes the product price, setup fees, and shipping charges. However, the setup fee can be waived if you place a subsequent order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At AmberPromos.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction. We offer a 90-day return policy on all orders. If there is an issue caused by us, such as a product defect, damage, or an imprint error, we will refund or exchange up to 100% of your order based on your preference. For other return or exchange needs, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request to ensure a positive experience.

If the issue is due to AmberPromos.com's fault such as product quality, damage or imprint errors, we will either refund or exchange 100% of your order based on your request. In other cases, we strive to accommodate returns and exchanges as best we can.

Return Policy: Samples

Most samples are non-returnable and are yours to keep. However, exceptions may be made for expensive samples upon request and approval. Unless approved, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Policy: Blank Apparel

Blank apparel can be returned within 90 days of purchase providing that the garments have not been washed, damaged, or excessively worn or stretched.

Return Policy: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products including face masks, gloves, medial gowns, face shields, hand sanitizers, thermometers, and other PPE accessories that are sold blank or decorated. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and these products are not returnable.

Return Policy: Restocking Fees May Apply

Blank promotional items may be returned in original condition within 90 days of purchase. However, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be incurred, and is dependent on individual items. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

Return Policy: Shipping

Faulty Orders: If there is a claim on your order due to a bad production run caused by AmberPromos.com, we will cover the return shipping costs. Additionally, we will typically cover the shipping charges to resend the correct product. A return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

Non-Approved Returns: If you wish to return items without an approved claim, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide you with the appropriate return shipping information.

Important: Orders returned without an approval or contacting us will not receive a refund, please reach out to us for help with returns.
